Back in 2016, Chad Levis took a leap and founded CAL Financial, bringing nearly two decades of insurance expertise to the table. But Chad’s insurance journey started way back in 1997, where he honed his skills with not one, but two Fortune 150 giants. Now, as an independent agent, he's on a mission to help clients navigate the sometimes tricky waters of insurance with confidence.

What makes Chad tick? It’s simple—he’s passionate about helping people! He’s a firm believer in finding the “win-win” in every situation. His approach is all about ensuring clients are educated, protected with stellar coverage, and never overpay for what they need. In fact, his golden rule is: “Advise others the way I’d want to be advised in the same situation.”

But it’s not just about policies and premiums for Chad. The connections he’s built over the years—with individuals, business leaders, and peers alike—are what truly make his work worthwhile. For him, the relationships he’s nurtured are the real prize.

When Chad’s not busy saving the day for his clients, you’ll find him smashing it on the racquetball court, hanging out with his family, or jetting off to explore new places. He’s also a proud committee member for the US Open of Racquetball, the sport’s biggest annual tournament!

Originally from Mason City, Iowa, Chad earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and has called Minneapolis home for over 20 years. He’s happily married and the proud dad of two awesome kids.
